Case Study — Brand Repositioning & Site Revamp

SizeUp Apparels Rebuilt as a Streetwear Brand — Then Went Fitness Without Losing the Edge

We repositioned SizeUp Apparels from a generic apparel label into a streetwear-first brand that grabs attention in the first three seconds, then launched a standalone fitness collection — distributed through the brand's own network of supplement stores across multiple U.S. locations to maximize margin without extra ad spend.

REPOSITIONING

Generic apparel → Streetwear-first identity

NEW CATEGORY

Standalone fitness collection

DISTRIBUTION

Existing supplement-store network, multi-city USA

01 — The Challenge

A brand that blended into the feed

SizeUp Apparels had product, but not a point of view. Everything — streetwear and activewear alike — sat under one generic identity that didn't stop the scroll or make it clear who the brand was for.

No visual identity

Site and brand assets read as generic apparel — nothing signaled a distinct point of view at first glance.

One catalog, two audiences

Streetwear shoppers and fitness shoppers were served the same undifferentiated storefront.

Untapped distribution

An existing network of supplement stores across the U.S. wasn't being used as a channel for apparel at all.

Attention, not just traffic

Ads brought visitors in, but the brand itself wasn't doing the work of making people stop and look.

02 — The Rebrand

Positioned as streetwear, built to grab attention immediately

Toggle below to see the shift — from a generic apparel look to a bold, culture-forward streetwear identity carried through the entire site revamp.

Before

Generic apparel identity — safe typography, no distinct visual language, blended in with every other DTC clothing site.

Generic layout No brand voice Undifferentiated
After

Streetwear-first identity — bold type, high-contrast layout, culture-forward tone built to grab attention in the first three seconds.

03 — The New Category

Fitness, launched as its own lane

Rather than folding fitness into the streetwear catalog, we gave it a separate identity — same brand, different energy. Switch categories below.

Streetwear Line

Core identity

The flagship line — bold graphics, oversized fits, culture-forward drops built to grab attention immediately.

04 — Distribution Leverage

Turning existing supplement stores into an apparel channel

SizeUp already had multiple supplement stores across different U.S. locations. Instead of buying new distribution, we leveraged local brand presence already in place to move the fitness collection — protecting margin along the way.

Existing store network, repurposed

Illustrative multi-city footprint — replace with actual store locations
Local supplement store footfall
In-store fitness collection touchpoint
Cross-sell to site, no added ad spend

By routing the fitness collection through footfall the brand already owned, SizeUp avoided paying twice for distribution — the existing local presence became the acquisition channel, protecting margin instead of eating into it with paid ads.
