IndiaLends — Growth Portfolio · Chapter 03

Score Plus: a SaaS product page built to rank first, convert second.

Score Plus is IndiaLends' ₹29 credit‑health subscription — Experian report downloads, a score simulator, personalised improvement videos, and dispute tracking. We built its product page around a full SEO system: keyword research, optimised content, meta tags, FAQ schema, and structured data, then layered organic content with WhatsApp and email outreach to existing users and low‑CIBIL‑score segments.

Overview

What Score Plus actually does

01 / 06

Score Plus is positioned as a "credit health buddy" — a subscription layer on top of a free credit report that helps people move from a low CIBIL score toward loan‑readiness, with tools rather than just numbers.

01
Score improvement videos
Personalised, in English & Hindi, walking through what's actually dragging the score down.
02
Downloadable Experian report
Full detailed credit report, not just a headline number.
03
Future score predictor
"What‑if" simulator for loans, missed payments, or paydowns — as a soft enquiry only.
04
Raise & track disputes
Flags report errors and tracks resolution directly with the bureau.

Inside the product: score screen & app home

02 / 07

Score Plus isn't a standalone microsite — it's a subscription layer stitched into the main IndiaLends app, so the design had two jobs: make the score screen feel like a diagnostic tool, and make the app home screen sell the upgrade without shouting about it.

Score Plus screen and IndiaLends app home screen
The Score Plus screen
  • Dial, not a digit. The score (784) sits inside a red‑amber‑green arc from 300–900, so "where do I stand" is answered before any number is read.
  • Movement is called out. A small "2 pts ↑" sits under the number — the product is framed around change, not a static score.
  • Rating in plain language. "Excellent" next to the CIBIL source badge and ECN reference number builds trust that this is a real bureau pull, not an estimate.
  • Refresh cadence is explicit. "Last Updated" and "Next Update in 21 Days" set expectations up front, so the product doesn't feel stale.
  • Benefits ladder below the fold. Score Improvement Plan, Credit Score Predictor, and Credit Report Summary are listed as the next actions — each one a reason to keep scrolling, and each one a paid‑tier hook.
The app home screen
  • Personal greeting first. "Hi, Ankit" plus a card offer banner (Axis Bank My Zone Visa) opens the session with something to act on immediately.
  • Free score as the trust bridge. "Check Free Credit Score" with its own mini gauge (980) sits right below — the free hook that leads into the paid Score Plus experience.
  • Score Plus tagged "New" in the core grid. Placed alongside Personal Loan, Credit Card, and Credit Score in "Our Products" — same visual weight as the flagship lending products, not buried in a menu.
  • Cross‑sell without a hard wall. Gold Loan, Refer & Earn, and Play Games sit in "Other Services," keeping engagement features close to financial ones.
  • A second offer, one scroll down. The ₹25,00,000 personal loan banner keeps a second conversion path live for anyone not ready for Score Plus yet.

Mapping the page to real search intent

03 / 07

Rather than optimising around "credit score" broadly, the page was mapped to the specific terms someone with a credit problem searches for — mixing product‑intent and problem‑intent keywords.

Answering the question before the click

14 FAQs were written to directly answer the queries behind the target keywords — each one schema‑marked so it's eligible for a featured snippet. Try one open.

What is Score Plus?+
A subscription that unlocks a detailed credit report, a what‑if score simulator, personalised improvement videos, and dispute tracking — all in one place.
Will checking my score or running a simulation hurt it?+
No — every report pull and simulation inside Score Plus is treated as a soft enquiry, which doesn't affect the score.
What counts as a good CIBIL score?+
Scores run 300–900; anything above roughly 750 is considered strong and improves both approval odds and the interest rate on offer.
How long does it take to see improvement?+
It varies by starting point, but consistent positive habits typically show a measurable lift within a few months.

Organic first, then targeted outreach

06 / 07

Phase one leaned entirely on the organic, SEO‑led page and content to earn the first wave of sign‑ups. Once that content was ranking, WhatsApp and email were layered on top — aimed specifically at existing IndiaLends customers and people already flagged with a low CIBIL score.
